Leonardo Hotel Milan City Center

We enjoyed our stay at this venue in the Chinese neighborhood. The location was great with lots of options for restaurants and bars around the corner. The service was excellent, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. We received a warm welcome drink upon check-in and our room had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar.

This place is recommended for families and offers a leisure garden area, fitness studio, and a leisure/TV room with Wi-Fi. However, we did experience a slight delay in finding our reservation upon arrival and at check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location away from the crowded touristy areas, and the helpful staff. The hotel is located in the lively area of Chinatown and is very close to the vibrant nightlife. Despite being in the heart of Chinatown, it was surprisingly quiet for such a busy area. The breakfast provided was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and restaurants. the convenience of having everything within walking distance was a bonus.

The shower in the bathroom was quite poor, with low water pressure and inconsistent temperature.

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and with easy access to the metro. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the city. I also appreciated the availability of toiletries like toothpaste and shaving kits.

Some of the hotel staff were rude, which was disappointing. the food at the dinner restaurant was a letdown, with slow service and cold dishes.

Lovely large suite. Excellent breakfast. Inviting garden. Car parking. Walking distance to Sempione Park.

Sono appena tornato da un soggiorno meraviglioso in un hotel su una collina molto tranquilla. Questo hotel è stato un vero gioiello nascosto. La nostra camera aveva il suo tema e un balcone con vista su Taormina e il mare. Era come avere un appartamento, molto grande con una piccola cucina completa di lavastoviglie, microonde, fornelli e tutto il necessario. Il letto era estremamente comodo e la camera era bellissimamente decorata, proprio come le opere d'arte di Pierre e Gilles. La colazione era preparata su ordinazione da Mina e si poteva gustare sia all'interno che all'esterno, in un grazioso giardino.
